ScanRealty provides a platform for real estate professionals to create QR codes for property listings, capture leads, and provide AI-powered property assistance to potential buyers and renters.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per business/organization
- You must be 18+ to use this service
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Billing and Payments
- 14-day free trial to explore features
- Paid subscriptions begin billing upon upgrade
- All payments processed securely through Stripe
- Sticker orders are non-refundable once printed
- Subscription refunds available within 14 days
- Cancel anytime with no penalty
Content Ownership
You retain all rights to your content (property listings, images, descriptions). By using our service, you grant us license to:
- Display your content on property landing pages
- Use your content to provide AI assistance
- Store and process your data to provide the service
- Create backups for data protection
Lead Data
- You own all lead data captured through your QR codes
- You are responsible for handling lead data in compliance with applicable laws
- We do not sell or share your lead data with third parties
- Lead data is deleted upon account termination (unless exported)
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Post false or misleading property information
- Infringe on others' intellectual property
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to breach security measures
- Resell or redistribute the service
- Use the service for properties outside the United States
AI Disclaimer
Our AI assistant provides information based on the property data you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses. You are responsible for ensuring your property information is accurate and up-to-date.
Limitation of Liability
ScanRealty is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost leads or inaccurate AI responses.
